It went from trendy game that was new to public nuisance way too quickly for the general response to be any different. Police departments have issued warnings; home owners are creeped out by folks lurking on their property. Even the game itself begins with a warning to pay attention to your surroundings, a warning it’s impossible to heed when there’s a Pikachu to catch! All of which amounts to irritation for everyone else. With a handful of monsters still eluding players, but some Pokémon is rarer than others. These legendary and rare creatures are reported to be in the game, despite no one having discovered them in the wild yet. For me, the game is the only aspect of the Pokemon phenomena that excites me. I believe they have a half-baked story full of interesting but extremely small Pokemon that doesn't make much sense or goes anyplace.
Pokemon is a phenomenon and kids are going insane over it. Around the core video game, there's a whole solar system of spinoffs: Pokemon plush toys (Pokemon stuffed toys), poke dolls, Pokemon Zuken and Tomy amounts, Pokemon cards and a whole multi-category within that such as legendary Pokemon cards, promo cards, and holofoil cards, as well as the huge gains being made in the media of Pokemon DVD's, movies, and the TV series. What's it about a computer game that's taken off this huge? It even has celestial epochs: we're now in the Age of the Pokemon Black and White. But most of the children buying these goods aren't even actually playing the video game itself! That appears to be another occurrence completely (for Nintendo, number two behind Super Mario).
Now, my son also isn't a huge fan of the narrative; I am unsure what it's about Pokemon that fascinates him so much (I can't help but think that children are infusing their imagination into the storyline and are possibly secret 'trainers,' a modern equivalent to the dragon slayer). Regardless, he adores the Pokemon plush toys (plushies or Pokemon stuffed toys) though I'm not sure why. Perhaps to get a Pokemon stuffed toy would be to kind of capture one with a Pokeball. Regardless, I'm neither a stingy or indulgent parent, which normally means that though he may desire a plushie, he will not get one and ends up settling for cards.
Additionally, the traffic to APKMirror has come from all around the globe, with the US only accounting for 10.8% of the site's background traffic over the last 28 days.
He loves the card game however and will get me to buy him the Pokemon Black and White cards whenever he can. He and his pals can spend an extreme hour or two on card gaming, though they don't look so interested in the console game (that's more up my street).
In any case, Pokemon is trendy and times and preferences have changed. It appears we live in an age in which morals, good, bad, and heroism are much more blurred than we 'simpler' children were. Maybe children are more advanced today. I do understand that as a science fiction buff I do think Pokemon has possible, though by capitalizing on that they'd probably alienate their audience.
When I was the kid, Japan was obviously not selling video games, but they were writing and creating cartoon in addition to play. And what little of it got to America I as a little girl even adored. First, there was Ultraman. The monsters were grotesque, Ultraman himself was a hero but ugly too, and it was pure good vs. bad. Creatures came from outer space and Ultraman protected humanity from them. I remember one adorable monster that was the size of the small person and was covered with long strands of weird hair (difficult to explain). But even that monster, though likable, was pretty ugly. My generation is pretty much figured that monsters should be horrible. Pokemon appears like they lack creature hormones or something. Merely to mention it, there was also Speed Racer (amazing story- who can forget Spridal and Chim Chim- and who was Racer X really?). The Mach 5 was way cool. What little girl would not enjoy that? Ash can not hold a candlewick to Speed!
My son is ten now, and we live in Japan. As a Mom, I am not overly worried about leaving him alone at the Pokemon Center to window shop for himself. This being Japan. Yet, I 'm worried about him becoming lost in the tremendous bunches. I do admit that after 20 minutes I was pretty much going out of my mind, and said to him point blank, "OK, Jojo, time for us to get a move on," but his appearance of distress made it clear that physical prodding and succeeding brooding would be what I 'd have needed to survive to get him out of there.
It really is thought that women love to shop, and men do not but that equation doesn't include children and hobbyists. Getting my son out of the Pokemon Center, and expecting that he will forget that there's a Pokemon Center, are hopeless prospects. Pokemon is sure a success.
Outside of the US, users all over the world have been attempting to download Pokemon GO using an app, circumventing the official app store.

For my middle-aged generation, the attractiveness of Pokemon is somewhat difficult for me to get a grab on. And if he is so deadly, then why is he so cute? But I must retract all that really, for I can't find Pokemon in their animated incarnation to be either cute or cool. Maybe for my generation, Pokemon merely don't have an appeal to us. We can't figure out what they stand for.
So why are these monsters so rare? Most of this list checks out; while Mew is historically one of the toughest monsters to find and catch in the Pokémon games, each renowned bird, and Mewtwo are just located in particular locations. As for Ditto, however, although the Ordinary-type isn't classified as a renowned, it can be tough to find in many of the traditional games. That is due in part to its skills that are breeding that are unique; the Pokémon breed and can mimic with virtually any other to copy Pokémon. As for where to locate them, it is still impossible to say. Pokémon GO PokéStop in Mount Lindesay WA 6333 requires players to travel around the world to locate all of its hidden monsters and secrets, and with the game still not out in Japan, among other places, fans may need to continue trying to find quite a long time before locating any of these rarities. Ripley's Believe It Or Not is hosting a competition for players' trendiest finds, so Pokémon out of could be tempted by maybe the charisma of $5,000 could tempt hiding.
