Most of this list checks out; while Mew is historically one of the toughest monsters to find and catch in the Pokémon games, each legendary bird, and Mewtwo are just located in specific locations. As for Ditto, nevertheless, although the Standard-kind isn't classified as a mythical, it can be tough to find in many of the traditional games.
